How you think, good, strong and best players, what is one main rule for control army on battlefield?
Write your opinions.
My opinion after playing some years in this game:
1. Always attack first - mean send own troops attack enemy troops before enemy send troops. Be maximally near enemy army before do that. If enemy already attacked you - mean he send troops against you - you must dont send own troops, better go back, wait when enemy stop - now your time to attack.
2. Move own army as less groups when you dont want melee war; move army as many groups when you ready to fight. Use always groups to do army so called *compressing* when you near enemy, but for win melee - perfect - send all troops not as groups 3 4 5 6 7 etc, but as selected all of them and send behind enemy as *vertically or horizontally* or behind walls, moat etc.
3. Always try make army - right selecting troops - mean firstly try always make armour troops like pikemen-knights and then swordsman-sins etc. Try use transforming of troops for armour troops when you have some red life troops in centre of all selected army if you want.
4. During melee battle your armour troops must die before you lose all other troops like assassins and swordsmans. You can check this - select all army during battle - if something wrong - better select pikemen and click them behind enemy troops again or in enemy army (matter: what did enemy this moment). If you knows thats you did sins before pikemen,example, or you lose after first battle all pikemen but saves 150 sins and you deside make new 70 pikemen - there you already knows - thats in battle - you need click your pikemen behind enemy troops not once but 2-3 times to get chance win again and lose less troops.
5. Assign slowspeed troops as first groups like № 3, 4, 5 and fastspeed troops as № 6, 7, 8. Example: №3 - 40 arabian swordsman, №4 - 40 arabian swordsman, №5 - 40 pikemen, №6 - 40 pikemen or other example: №3 - 40 pikemen, №4 - 40 assassins, №5 - 40 assassins, №6 - 40 knights.
6. Try attack enemy army from behind.
7. Sending army as line good only when you being near enemy.
8. How to stop attack enemy when he send army as line - you must send all your groups in one place - then you must select all your army with cursor mouse and send attack mean click in one of enemy last troops - when they start move you must just click buttons: 3 4 5 6 idk how many groups you have - this need for your groups becames compressing and all going find this one enemy troop (remember - only click buttons: 3 4 5 6 - but not: 3 and attack enemy troops; 4 and attack enemy troops - forgot this - you already once click all of your troops when you select all of them by cursor mouse) -and at end just select all your troops and click button *defensive stance* or if you Braveheart you can click button *agressive stance* all of your troops.
9. Dont afraid enemy killing pits mean traps.
