Hello and welcome to our forum. I will soon write a "SHC 101" tutorials for all beginners because I know gameranger is a mess and no one tells you anything.
1.1 is more popular between experienced players because it is faster and smoother. Usually 1.3 is played by beginners. Also, the "HD" that 1.3 version has in name is the biggest bullshit ever. It is literally the same as 1.1, just zoomed out a bit....
